Vengeance!

Revenge is sweet, isn't it? Well, I've recently discovered that it is much sweeter when the target doesn't know about your hidden agenda. Ok, this may not be for everyone and some might even argue that revenge without the knowledge of the target is no revenge at all. Anyway, there is a person (I don't take names as a matter of policy, plus of course, I do NOT want to be given a taste of my own medicine). Now we will call this person Mister for the sake of convenience. So Mister works with me and thinks it is his God given duty to guide me about everything in life, from looking for a job to vacations to exercise to.. well, you get my drift.. Mister is my superior in rank and also considerably older, but despite this and the fact that his intentions are good, he keeps getting on my nerves. Sometimes he gives me imaginary instructions. Like, the other day he was telling someone that he'd told me to do "the work". Of course, I was curious about the work, because I really couldn't remember being given any. Now unless I had developed temporary amnesia, he may only have thought about telling me to do it. That's another thing about him. He will never admit he is wrong.
So because of these reasons, the main one being that I find him irritating, I decided to try my secret revenge idea on him. Now, being older than me, Mister knows less about computers and is terrified of "catching a virus". So, every time something out of the ordinary happens, like if a page takes too long to load, or the cursor jumps to password when he isn't done typing his user name, and he invariably asks me about the possible cause, I reply very solemnly.."Yes, this could be a virus, maybe a very dangerous one; you should have someone come and check it out". You'd think this kind of thing could only work once or twice, but you'd be amazed to see how long you can keep this up. In fact, the only reason I'd stop is if I were bored by the lack of challenge.
